迪派斯智能机器有限公司机床床身利用有限元素分析法（FEA）进行优化，整体按照45度加强筋分布设计，采用增加特殊孕育剂的米汉纳铸铁铸造而成，吸震及减震性能更优，保证机床产品拉伸强度均达到HT300以上，床身加工前后，我们对其进行两次退火处理，使机床产品稳定性更好。在数控机床设计上我们采用自主知识产权优势，优化铸造出床身、丝杆轴承座、水箱一体的床身，保证机床稳定、高刚性、耐用性，我公司机床床身结构在行业内获得国内多项专利技术证书。
